Order in time before Christmas

If you want to be sure that your order arrives before Christmas, you must order it by 15 December at the latest . Orders for packages to Southern Norway (postcode 0000-7999) will be able to be made until 19 December and will often arrive - but if you want to be absolutely sure, you must order before 15 December.

Return and guarantee

You of course have full right of withdrawal when you shop at VitenWahl.no. This means that for 14 days after the purchase you can send the goods back to us and get your money back. The goods must be unused and in the same condition as they were received. Fill in this form (for the Norwegian version, click here ) and send it to post@nerdebutikken.no . Remember to state the reason for returning the item and whether you want another item instead or have the money refunded. (Remember to state the account number in that case. Otherwise it will be difficult for us). Sale items that have been reduced by 30% or more, or that have been purchased with a gift card, can only be exchanged for other items.

In order for you to be able to make use of the right of withdrawal, you have some duties and tasks;
* The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement (right of withdrawal) by notifying the seller within 14 days after the goods have been received (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 11).
* The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or a lack of care on the part of the consumer. (cf. the Right of Appeal Act § 12 point a)
* The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act § 15 first paragraph).
